1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BB999. By accessing or using this platform — whether through a web browser, a mobile device, or any other means — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of what is written here, please do not create an account or use the platform.

3 Account Rules

• Account balances are held in PKR. No interest is payable on balances sitting in your BB999 account.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for an extended period — may be subject to an administrative fee or closure, subject to prior notice.
• BB999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if these Terms and Conditions are found to have been breached.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

BB999 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Pakistan players, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion charges on PKR deposits or withdrawals.

• Deposits are generally reflected in your account balance within seconds of confirmation from your payment provider. Occasional delays due to network or banking system issues are outside BB999's control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement, not an inconvenience.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BB999 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free rounds, cashback deals, cricket season promotions, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms that apply on top of these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance until wagering requirements have been met. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic betting strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) from established game studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by BB999.
• Sports betting odds are set at the time a bet is accepted. Any change in odds after your bet is confirmed does not affect your accepted stake or potential return.

• Technical errors or malfunctions during gameplay may result in the round being voided. Any stakes from a voided round are returned to your balance.

7 Responsible Gaming
